Welcome. Our Community School (OCS) is a public San Fernando Valley charter school. Situated on a beautiful campus in North Hills, CA, the school serves elementary (K-6) students. OCS students receive more individual attention in small classes and are inspired and taught an innovative standards aligned curriculum by excellent state credentialed teachers. This San Fernando Valley school is also proud to announce that the school exceeded the district averages with their Academic Performance Index (API) score for the 2007/2008 school year. As a parent, family member or maybe even a friend of an OCS student, you know that Our Community School is a small learning community where parents and educators work together to create a rigorous curriculum within a nurturing environment, where children are respected and achieve success.
