After Care Program
After Care Hours
After school care is offered Monday through Friday from 2:50 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuitions are not pro-rated for pick-up earlier than 6:00 p.m. The day includes the following:
Snack at 3:15 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Supervised indoor activities
Supervised outdoor activities
Opportunities for children to complete homework
All children attending any portion of the aftercare program MUST be enrolled prior to their start date. Students should be picked up at 6:00 p.m. or before. Late fees of $1 per minute will accrue after 6:00 p.m. and will be billed to the parent/guardian directly.

Payments
Tuitions are due the first week of each month and checks should be made payable to Our Community School. Tuitions paid after the first week of the month are considered late and will be assessed a 5% late fee.
Parents who have OCS students that are not enrolled in the OCS Aftercare Program but need care at the last minute can contact the school office and request that their child(ren) attend for a fee of $5.00 per hour. (It is imperative that parents/guardians give emergency contact information over the phone to the school's Office Assistant that will be passed on to the Program Director.) This fee will apply to any portion of any hour. Upon pick-up, parents will be asked to complete an enrollment form with emergency contact information for future reference.
Winter, Spring, and Summer Breaks
At this time, Our Community School is unable to offer care during any pupil-free days including Winter Break, Spring Break and Summer Break. We are, however, looking into options that would enable us to offer care and will give the community that information as soon as it is available.
